With the privilege of learning under legendary mentors like André Soltner (Lutèce) and David Bouley (Bouley), Jerome brings a tradition of excellence and heartfelt service to every dish.
Now rooted in St. Augustine, he’s found joy in returning to what matters most: cooking with care, sharing honest food, and creating a space where guests feel truly welcome.
